Oak Farm Montessori School Application and Enrollment Process

Call and reserve a space for our weekly parent orientation and tour.
Request, complete, and return the application for admission along with a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
Complete and return the student questionnaire.
Complete the necessary parent and child classroom visits.
After acceptance by Oak Farm, remit a $60 non-refundable registration fee.
Complete the required enrollment forms.

For older students a meeting may be requested with parents, and possibly the student, to discuss acceptance.
