Application Process
Oak Farm Montessori School Application and Enrollment Process
- Call and reserve a space for our weekly parent orientation and tour.
- Request, complete, and return the application for admission along with a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
- View the required Montessori videos for your family.
- Complete and return the student questionnaire.
- Complete the necessary parent and child classroom visits.
- After acceptance by Oak Farm, remit a $60 nonrefundable registration fee.
- Complete the required enrollment forms.
Oak Farm Montessori Middle School Application and Enrollment Process
- Call to schedule an informational tour.
- Request, complete, and return the application for admission along with a $25 non refundable application fee.
- Complete and return student level questionnaire prior to parent observation and child visit.
- Schedule a classroom visit for the child. This is usually 2-5 consecutive days. Middle school teachers will determine if more days are needed.
- Schedule a meeting with parents, and possibly the student, to discuss acceptance.
- After acceptance, remit a $60.00 nonrefundable registration fee.
- Complete required enrollment forms.
