Application Process

  1. Call and reserve a space for our weekly parent orientation and tour.
  2. Request, complete, and return the application for admission along with a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
  3. View the required Montessori videos for your family.
  4. Complete and return the student questionnaire.
  5. Complete the necessary parent and child classroom visits.
  6. After acceptance by Oak Farm, remit a $60 nonrefundable registration fee.
  7. Complete the required enrollment forms.

Oak Farm Montessori Middle School Application and Enrollment Process

  1. Call to schedule an informational tour.
  2. Request, complete, and return the application for admission along with a $25 non refundable application fee.
  3. Complete and return student level questionnaire prior to parent observation and child visit.
  4. Schedule a classroom visit for the child. This is usually 2-5 consecutive days. Middle school teachers will determine if more days are needed.
  5. Schedule a meeting with parents, and possibly the student, to discuss acceptance.
  6. After acceptance, remit a $60.00 nonrefundable registration fee.
  7. Complete required enrollment forms.
