5/6 Grade Basketball - Coach Nefy Hathaway

Oak Farm Basketball teaches athletes teamwork, decision making and perseverance that they’ll use in all aspects of their life. Basketball gives the players opportunities to work together as a team and problem solve in different situations. Falcon basketball teams practice 3 days a week with a 10-12 game schedule.

We offer two co-ed teams for basketball, a Varsity (V) team and a Junior Varsity (JV) team. The JV team consists of 5th and 6th grade boys/girls, and Varsity consists of 7th and 8th grade boys/girls. The school will provide the complete uniform (jersey and shorts), shoes will be the responsibility of each player. Transportation to and from games sites will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Middle School Basketball - Coach Colton Williams

The 7th and 8th grade team is off to a great start this season. We love having our own gym to practice in and are excited to have our first season with home games. Our first few practices have focused on basketball fundamentals and skill development. We introduced our primary offensive plays and will begin scrimmaging. I look forward to working closely with Coach Nefy and all the players to have our best season yet in Falcon Basketball.

High School Basketball - Coach Nathan Routsong, Assistant Coach Matt Holbrook

Each player brings their own unique skill set and love to the game. We begin each practice with a positive mind set as we talk through team goals, our strengths and challenges. We then dive into stretches, advancing our fundamental skills with the Purdue 8’s and conditioning warm ups. This season the JV team will be running three offensive plays with options, two defensive plays, two out of bounce plays and a full court defensive press. We are thrilled to both practice and host home games in our very own gym this season! It’s an honor to work alongside coach Nate Routsong again for the second year in a row. Go Falcons!
