Fall Harvest Festival (Oct 23) (Rain date Oct 30)

The Fall Picnic is a chance for each of us to gather together to celebrate and kick off the beginning of the new school year. Each Oak Farm family is invited to decorate a pumpkin, gourd, or any other fruit or vegetable which will then be on display at the Fall Picnic. Let your creative juices flow freely as you and your child use materials such as paints, felt, dried noodles, feathers, glitter, fabric, sticks, or even small vegetables to create an unusual pumpkin masterpiece. As this is a voluntary effort, all materials, including the pumpkins are your responsibility. All decorating is to be Completed at home. Please affix your child's name and classroom to his/her creation. Volunteers are needed to help plan and coordinate and to help with setup the evening before the event as well as booth preparation and cleanup. All students, their families and grandparents are invited. There is no cost to attend. Activities include: Craft booths, Games and other active activities.

Winter Wonderland (Feb 19)

Join the Oak Farm Parent Organization as they transform Ceruti's at Summit Park into a Winter Wonderland! Join us for an evening of dinner, dancing and a silent auction as we host this event to benefit Oak Farm Montessori School. You may be asking yourself, "How can I help?" Let us give you a few ideas!

1) Help Secure Silent-Auction Donations:
•Items from local merchants such as products or gift baskets
•Services from local merchants (nails, spa, housecleaning, dog sitting)
•Create a special package using YOUR talents, for example: cookie of the month basket, dinner once a month, a special dinner/evening out with childcare, tax preparation or financial planning services, a weekend away at your lake cottage.

2) Help Secure Event Sponsorships:
Event sponsorships are important because they give an individual or business a great marketing opportunity and increase the overall financial success of our event, which of course, is to benefit the children of Oak Farm Montessori
School.

Opportunities for event sponsorships include:
- Overall Event Sponsor
- Music
- Dessert bar (with Chocolate Fountain)
- Hors D'ouevres or a Dinner Station
- Decorations
- Program
