Monthly Volunteer Needs
For the Months of March, April, and May
Job 1: Oak Farm Art Festival
Volunteers are needed for the Oak Farm Art Festival May 18th from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. If you are interested in being a part of this event by volunteering to greet people, helping with setup or cleanup or much more, contact the Volunteer Coordinator.
Job 2: Spring Patio Stone Installation
Lower Elementary is looking for parents or grandparents to volunteer to meet with the Lower Elementary students and assist in the construction of a Spring installation of a patio area at the red barn. These volunteers would work with an area patio crew to level the area for stones with the students, then work with the students in the installation of the patio stones. A background check will be performed for all persons that volunteer for this position.
Job 3: Kitchen Helpers
Parent or grandparent kitchen volunteers are needed for the rest of the school year. Times available for volunteers every day are:
8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. AND 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
This volunteer position consists of food prep, cooking, and cleanup. This is a sitting and standing volunteer job. A background check will be performed for all persons that volunteer for this position. You can sign up for one day, one whole week, one month, or the entire year.
Job 4: Library Helpers
Parent or grandparent volunteers are needed to assist in book check in and cataloging. This is a sitting job. This is a need throughout the school year, for 1-2 hours per month.
