Strategic Plan 2022-2027

​This document summarizes the results of Oak Farm Montessori School’s strategic planning process, outlining our school’s goals. The process was facilitated by the Getting to What Matters consulting group and included a team of OFMS faculty and board members. Parents, faculty, students, alumni, and the board of directors were all invited to participate in the feedback process, which was collected through the school community survey (ISACS 2021) and focus group discussions. This feedback was valuable because it was used to develop the strategic plan. The recommended plan was approved by the Board of Directors on March 23, 2022.
