Admissions
Oak Farm Montessori School is delighted that you are considering joining its community. The school is committed to providing an authentic Montessori education, rooted in its Founder’s Vision and Values, to create a model of excellence for students, faculty, and families alike.
The Director of Admissions serves as the liaison between the school and prospective families, helping to ensure that Oak Farm Montessori is the right fit for each child and their educational journey. Choosing the right learning environment is an important decision, and by visiting the school’s website, families are taking an important step in that process.
The best way to experience the unique educational environment at Oak Farm Montessori is to visit and see it firsthand. Schedule a tour to discover what makes Oak Farm Montessori truly special.

Our Admissions Process
First Step
Schedule & Complete a Tour
This initial visit allows us to learn more about your family’s educational needs while giving you a closer look at our program and the Montessori approach.
You’ll also have the opportunity to share insights about your child’s development, interests, and personality—laying the groundwork for a strong school-home partnership.

Third Step
Application Assessment & Interview
In February and March, the Director of Admissions schedules student assessments and parent interviews for families who have completed a tour, submitted an application, and paid the application fee.
During the student visit, your child will engage in a Montessori classroom environment, allowing the teacher to observe their interactions and assess if the setting is a good fit. The parent interview focuses on understanding the family’s alignment with and commitment to Montessori principles. and philosophy.

Second Step
Submit an Application
Once you’ve determined that Oak Farm Montessori is the right fit for your family, the next step is to submit an online application, a $50 application fee, and all required supporting documents.
Applications for Infant through Elementary are accepted September through January 1, though this window may close early or be extended based on application volume.
Secondary (Middle and High School) applications are accepted year-round.

Fourth Step
Decision
Beginning in early April, Oak Farm Montessori School will extend enrollment offers, by email, to those students being invited to join the school for the upcoming academic year.
These forms must be completed within a two week time frame to secure your child's spot as most of our classrooms have a waitlist.
