Kelly Elias serves as the Accounting & Purchasing Manager, overseeing essential financial and operational functions, including accounting processes, budget management, and purchasing operations, ensuring that school resources are thoughtfully stewarded in support of Oak Farm’s mission. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne and extensive experience in school finance and purchasing, Kelly brings both precision and reliability to her work. She collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and families, providing clear communication and dependable systems that support the day-to-day needs of the school community. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kelly is deeply rooted in family and community life. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and values the opportunity to witness education through multiple generations. This personal connection to children and learning further informs her commitment to supporting an environment where students can thrive.

Favorite "Only at Oak Farm" memory?:

"It's not just one specific memory, but I love each winter when we get that first snowfall and the students actually get to go out and go sledding. Not too many schools have specific sledding hills designed for students when they are doing new building projects and I love this for our community!"

What work at OFMS feels most meaningful to you?:

"Even though it's an exhausting process I really enjoy seeing a new building or new space finally get completed. It's so rewarding to see all of the pieces fall together and see the students and staff enjoy all of the hard work and the carefully thought out processes that went into that new location."
