Oak Farm Montessori is seeking guest teachers who strive for excellence as lifelong learners and want to work with children and young adults. We are looking for individuals with a high level of professionalism and a willingness to care for the children. Individuals seeking meaningful work, as well as those with a desire to expand their experiences in the education field, should apply. Guest teachers work collaboratively alongside a trained Montessori teacher in our warm and welcoming classrooms.
Flexibility, a positive attitude, and dedication to supporting children are a must. Experience with children is preferred. Guest teacher training on campus is provided for candidates.

Oak Farm Montessori School is an infant through High School program with the mission to “provide a Montessori environment that inspires children to reach their potential through meaningful work”. The School environment blends the peace and quiet of a pastoral countryside with easy access to the offerings of a larger city. OFMS is situated on 150 acres of partially wooded land on the edge of the small town of Avilla, minutes from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
