OFMS Upper Elementary students, Riley and Cohen, have combined two of their passions (sports and philanthropy) to help prevent homelessness.
They have knocked on doors to raise money from sponsors and now need YOU to sign up and participate in their event!! These teens hope to raise $6,000 to donate to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne through their Sports Challenge. Your entry fee not only helps them reach their financial goal, but you will have a fun day challenging yourself athletically!
Some of the activities planned include:
- Shooting hoops
- Score soccer goals
- Football
- Disc golf
- Sprints
WHEN: Sunday, August 22nd, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
WHERE: Concordia Theological Seminary
WHY: Raise money and awareness about homelessness
There will be leader boards for each event to either compete against yourself or your fellow participants. If you are unable to join us, consider making a donation...100% of all profit goes directly to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne.
