HAPPY BIRTHDAY LORENE
Founders Day is a special day at Oak Farm; not only to commemorate our founder, Lorene Dekko Salsbery, but to share her vision with the students who benefit from the legacy she provided by starting our school.
This week, students from Primary age through High School will hear stories of how Oak Farm began 21 years ago and grew from a modest one room classroom with 9 students, to the sprawling 150+ acre campus that currently educates over 300 students!
The passion that drove Lorene to create an educational choice for children in Northeast Indiana is alive and well at Oak Farm Montessori. From dedicated teachers and staff, to the appreciative children who learn in our classrooms each day, her legacy lives on through each of us. How will you choose to say "thank you for all you have done?” Happy birthday Lorene!
