Middle School play takes the stage

Each year our middle school students take the stage and present a theatrical performance; this year is no exception! Mark your calendars for Thursday, March 2nd in the Wellness Center for "The Bugs" by Don Zolidis. The play relates to saving the environment and the wildlife in it. Proceeds will go to Hives for Heroes; an organization that gives retired veterans the support they need while teaching the proper education on how to tend to bees.

We plan to donate 75% of our profits from the middle school play and three sales in March. Our goal is to raise up to 1,800 dollars or more to provide at least one “scholarship” for their program. A “scholarship” is for a veteran to receive the resources to become an apiarist.

Please plan on helping us reach our goal by attending the play and supporting the middle school micro sales. Ticket sales and concessions will be a free will donation.

Middle School students interviewed Ron Ray, an Army Veteran and the Indiana Lead for Hives for Heroes. Watch this video to learn more about the organization and don't forget to attend our performance on Thursday, March 2nd at 6:00 PM. Admission, concessions, and craft sales are a free will donation and 75% of profit will be donated to Hives for Heroes.
