OFMHS Senior publishes work of peers

OFMHS Senior, Anna Sondek, has attended the school since she was a toddler. For her Senior Capstone project she chose to create a digital repository of previously published Capstone work by students. Not only will this ensure the historical tenure, but has established a new protocol going forward. Be sure to visit our newly published Capstone page of the website designed by Anna and read our former students submissions.

"The Senior Capstone has been a part of the Oak Farm Montessori High School program since its infancy. A  capstone project provides an opportunity for students to pursue their passions, get out of their comfort zones, and make real-world change through authentic research. I have been a part of the Oak Farm Montessori community for nearly a lifetime, and I have seen how new ideas and support of learning have positively impacted local communities and individuals. My work this year has been to collect and publish prior Senior Capstone work to share with others. I have also had the opportunity to study the impact of previous student work on current students. I am grateful to be able to share the unique contributions of Oak Farm Montessori students throughout the years. I hope that they may inspire many to develop their own projects and continue this lasting legacy of student work." ~Anna Sondek
